Order preparation
Once an order is placed, the time required to prepare and ship the package depends on product availability. The availability of each product is displayed alongside it. Since this varies from product to product, the availability of all requested items is not guaranteed.
If a product becomes unavailable during the order processing and you wish to be informed, you are asked to notify the sales team. The other available products will be shipped, and the cost of the unavailable item will be automatically deducted from the total amount shown at the time of purchase.
Products marked "PROMO" are subject to stock availability, and their presence cannot be guaranteed. Returns for these items are not allowed.
The indicated delivery terms will be adhered to as closely as possible, but they do not constitute a binding commitment to a fixed delivery date. A delivery delay does not entitle the customer to cancel or reduce the order, nor to claim damages.
